Effective, non-yukk ways to kill slugs..any

    I use the snip method too ... instant.

    we had so many this year, til the heatwave.  Now, not so many 😀

    Still no slugs near...maybe dried rosemary is the way to go.  Also put rosemary plant by my chilli plant.

    The slugs had been chomping away at my Bay plant (only a baby one)...so chucked on some dried rosemary onto the soil in pot & no problems now...interesting.
    Love the smell of rosemary anyway.

    Also lobbed afew snails to the back of my courtyard....they ricoched off the old wooden door, feel abit guilty. Ha

    Lobbed an ant farm up the garden. It felt good. I've liberated the aphid slaves and they're not eating my plant.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    Me, in my new concrete backyard scenario, ...well i cut back the several blackberry bushes but theyre putting out their feelers like theres no 2moro.   Bagging up the cutoffs tis a nitemare, pick them up by the leaves then go at them with small sequayters.  The thorns HURT !!

    My balloon flowers: having been smacked over twice by the recent storm are merrily waving at me with 3 new blooms today.
    They are a joy.  Should be re-named the Romeo & Juliets, so romantic they are.
