Look what I found amongst my petunias

  I quite often find whole eggs buried by foxes. Amazing that they can carry such a fragile thing whole.

  Could it be a woodpidgeon egg?  I found some in the attic of our old home. They looked a lot like hens eggs. I agree though, it looks like this one was stashed by a fox.
