What Is This Weed?

I have this weed all over my driveway and was just wondering what it was. The closest thing that seems to look like it is chickweed or moss but this looks a bit like cress! I was thinking of strimming it all away and then spraying weed killer down on the driveway to remove it. Any advice would be appreciated.

    At a guess it does look like Lysimachia nummularia aka CreepingJenny.

    It may be worth noting that some weedkillers are absorbed through the plant leaves, in which case best not to strim first

    I'd go with "mind your own business" too. 
    Could you put something along side it for scale? a pair of secateurs, or a 50p coin for example.

    I wish the weeds on my drive looked as nice as that.

    Cutting would likely spread this weed. Can you starve it of light, or make its water toxic to all life using something like salt?

    This is the driveway with it all on. The first picture I put up of it is obviously a close up.

    And what's that in botanical terms?  Google translate gives Latin equivalent "Age tuum negotium", but I'm not too sure.  ;)
