Lily Pilly I'll be leaving with you. Not only can I not abide MD but AT doesn't do it for me either.  :D
I am very fond of blondes...labradors, retrievers, that sort of thing.  o:)

LP. My OH only watches for the dogs, at least once a programme she will say how nice it would be for me to have company in the garden.

I doubt anyone is interested as the moment has passed but I have been put right by my daughter over the 'accessibility' issue with the gentleman's trousers.

I mistook the convenience flap for a couple of pockets so mystery solved, there were no pockets (historically accurate) and he won't be caught short.

Still not sure about the s*x appeal, I like my men with muscles they earned toiling - preferably for me  ;)

It is nice to have company when wandering around, do miss mine( not Labradors but Chihuahuas but still were blonds) but am having a few holidays, first in a few years, which is interfering with the gardening too, before I decide if we get another dog.

I wasn't thinking of smearing on yon shearer, so much as providing Cornish food he would appreciate  - like the pasties, Cornish ice cream and a nice cream tea, as he needs feeding up. It's my inherent sense of heart-felt generosity. If there's any left over jam - who knows? 😇

[NB Poldark also played a Dwarf in The Hobbit. However he didn't get his kit off so nobody noticed him. This tells you all you need to know about the route to global celebrity].

Purely in terms of correct continuity, I doubt that Ice cream and cream teas would have been available :)

Doc, where is your sense of raucous imagination? We are talking about feeding up an 18th century fictional character. Do keep up.

And I am thinking about how I will spend my time with said characters fictional wife. It's ok.., I probably won't need any help :)
