Well last year i planted a Agapanthus Black Magic & Strawberry Ice in the same pot hoping to get a black & white effect. The Black magic has one flower but the Strawberry Ice has none at all. Is there anything i can do to get more flowers?.
Oddly enough Voyagerxp, my sis-in-law was asking the same question at the weekend, She has a white and a blue agapanthus but in separate pots. Her white one is smothered in flowers but as yet there are none on the blue one. I advised her to feed with tomato feed and cross fingers. Don't give up on it. That Black Magic is quite spectacular.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
I planted three Agapanthus Black Pantha (great name!) plants in a bed last autumn, and I have just one flower from the lot of them, just emerging now! Loads of very healthy leaves, so I'm guessing they just need another year or so to get established. I too wanted a very dark one, and looks like your Black Magic may be even darker... maybe I'll get some of those for next year...

And Black Magic
Both are significantly darker than these photos suggest. Sorry.
I've yet to see an agapanthus darker than Black Magic.
