  Sorry Dove..... but 1st image to the left clearly shows the centre red flower typical of Daucus carota as well as the beautiful ruff under the petals.
  
  I am 100% sure it is Daucus carota.

  I agree Silver surfer. Kim its a beautiful plant and safe to leave. Its seeds heads are really very pretty too.
