    Dont  mention cooking tomatoes yet, I’ve only just finished the last ones from the freezer.

    I made lots of Fasolakia with beans and tomatoes last autumn and only just finished the last of them.
    A great side dish and you can vary but adding onions, some garlic, different herbs etc so I had 5 or 6 different versions.
    Key is to let it all simmer very gently for about 45mins - yum!

    😂I wish I had enough to put some in the freezer! Hubby eats them too fast, the cherry type don't even make it to tbe fridge.
