I am not a natural and this is my first time growing anything substantial. What have I done to my tomato plants?? Have I over watered? Under watered? They’ve been like this since yesterday. are they salvageable? Thank you xxx
You have quite a lot of necrotic (dead) tissue amongst the foliage. That suggests disease but it's hard to know what from the photo. How long has the foliage been curling and dying off?

I’d say the last week or so, although was only the bottom leaves, over the last 2 days all of the leaves have started to curl inward
I've been trying to get a close look at the dead tissue. It's difficult with this software but there don't seem to be the usual spots, blemishes, etc, that indicate a fungal problem.
What is your watering regime? Are you letting the mix dry out between watering? You should. The pot is definitely too small. Try repotting the plant, use one at least double the size. Fill it with fresh mix, water, then leave the plant in the shade for a day to let it recover. In future, water only when the plant needs it - when the mix is dry.
Resurected this drip watering system for my outdoor tomatoes. Seems to be working so far. Large cherry tomato is Sakura, small plum cherry not sure of the variety and then there is indigo blue.
They look really good - love the little dark ones. I take it that's the Indigo one? Do they taste good though? Mine are a little way off fruiting yet, but that's quite normal. I was also late doing any as I didn't have a greenhouse for them. My girls bought me some fancy stripey ones [Tigerella ] and they look quite good.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
