I do exactly the same, herbaceous, one of these days I’ll get one right!

You moved that Aconitum and lived to tell the tale😱😱😱😀

You can save the seeds if you want more, I just lay them in a seed tray and leave outside for the winter.

Oh Nollie  :)  I used to wait and see what the clever people said but this forum is so lovely I have gained so much confidence and now I just want to 'have a go' glad to hear someone else makes mistakes too  ;)

I ‘have a go’ and get them wrong even though I usually have them growing here. 😀

You are way too modest Lyn, I've seen your posts.

Thank you, I know to look after what I’ve got, just don’t know what half of them are called😀

The shape of the flowers look like a monk's hood, but you would only see this up close. A beautiful plant. Can get really tall.

I've inherited a lot from my mother who, when I asked her what this plant of which she was giving me a rooted cutting would say something like "it's about this tall, small leaves. Likes the sun. It's probably yellow. Unless it's pink". So I generally knew where to plant it but not a clue what it's called.

Always careful in the garden as I am allergic to so many unusual things. Like Aloe Vera, Tea Tree oil, Citrus Oil to name a few. Always using gloves or washing hands as soon as possible. 😁

I get dermatitis very easily too @purplerallim but no way I'm putting on surgical gloves in this heat! So I planted out the beets and tomatoes, runner beans and squash and now I have heat rash on top of the dermatitis. Hiding in front of my fan indoors now, not going out  B)
