I don't like tattoos, but I'm going to get one for my seventieth birthday: "DNAR" over my heart, which means Do Not Attempt Resuscitation.  I've worked in care homes, and I don't want ever to be a resident.

I used to like tattoos, and piercings, but that was when they were symbols of rebellion. Now that they've become symbols of conformity I've gone right off them! And no, the fact that I haven't got my kids' names inked into my flesh somewhere does NOT mean I love them less that you love yours ;-)

I thought that was so chavs could remember the unique way they spelt their kids' names.
    "What's your boy's name?"
    "Dave"
    "How do you spell that"
*checks tattoo "Qdhayffe. The Q is silent"
    " :#"
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

I was thinking of changing my name to FP17 HNZ. Might have to do it every three years, though.
