In this parched corner of Hampshire we have not had any rain for nearly 3 weeks and scorching temperatures too. I have become expert at recycling grey water in old milk bottles to tip onto the garden. Anyone else suffering?
Yes - no rain here either for weeks. Had a shower for 30mins this morning but that's it. All 5 water butts empty for weeks.... Plants wilting, soil like dust... Same every summer, but we don't even get much rain any other time of the year either. But I'm not far from the driest place in the UK, so to be expected I 'spose

Nothing since May 29th and nothing forecast for the next couple of weeks at least. I'm on hols start of July though, so expect full-on floods will be starting about then!

Well if I’d known you were a bit short I could have sent you over some of mine - monsoon downpours for months. I would even throw in a bit of hail, hows that for generosity Now and then then the fierce sun peeks out and crisps everything, then it’s back to flood management. I am looking forward to the promised sunlit uplands next week, but not laying any bets.
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
East Anglia, Fenland, and no rain since mid May, and none in the forecast... we've missed everything that's passed through further west... fortunately the water rates here are probably some of the lowest in the country, which is just as well...
Has been very dry here in my part of Scotland - not any real rain for weeks until yesterday. The ground was bone dry, never known us to have had such a long dry spell. And this would be the year I have planted loads of new plants so I am constantly watering.
