Think so, but I need to wait until the alliums are over before I plant it. A bit worried that it will clash with other roses in the same area though as that area of the garden is mainly gold and orange and later in the year there are some lemon queen sunflowers close by. The area I would really like to plant it in has a recently planted garrya and I'm not sure how it will react to being moved, I've already lost one. Still pondering.
So, (sorry, I know one shouldn't start a sentence like that:)) the plants arrived and my team of willing volunteers spent a day putting them in the beds, under close scrutiny of my dear friend and garden designer! So, (sorry) what do you all think - obviously just in the very baby stages, but I am as pleased as punch with the result so far and so eager to what it will all look like in a few months time, especially on the 16th of September?
