The best climbing rose I have had in all my gardens and does well in all aspects is called summer wine. It's a peachy pale pink with open blooms which is best for bees and flowers all summer into winter 😊

Morning, that sounds perfect BM, I'll look it up, yours too Lizzie.

Leverknausson (don't think I spelt that correctly ) is very vigorous, happy in shade, deep yellow flowers all summer and seems healthy. And it has a reasonable perfume.

Ooh, excited, managed to find it and get it ordered! Looks super thanks BM, the other one was lovely too Lizzie but a bit pale for my needs. :)

Paul’s himalian musk is a rambler but guaranteed to cover space quickly,
for a climber I think new dawn is hard to beat, also compassion which has a darker flower but might not  repeat well

You’re welcome DD 😊 hope you love it as much as I do. Ps I forgot to say how lovely the garden is looking. You have worked hard and ready for the exciting bit of planting now x

BM really like the look of that rose, now just have to find somewhere to put it.  Ashwoods have it in stock so might just have to pop there tomorrow.
