    I make an exception for Forsythia suspensa .... not often seen but an elegant and beautiful plant with its blooms spaced out along the branches .... nothing like the yellow bottle-brush effect we see so often.   

    I've not knowingly seen this one, but  maybe one day I'll spot it

    Forsythia's flowering is both different and gorgeous.

    Does anyone else feel ill when seeing fasciated plants? I can't look. It makes my skin crawl.

    Don't like them either.  Certainly dont find them fascinating.
