    Thanks Hosta and Pauline.

Hosta, yours loaded in bands ( a bit at a time ) in about 25 seconds on my broadband at 4.60 mbps.

    That's interesting
    "instant"
    "slower but very acceptable" and
    "25 seconds"

The second and third times I reloaded this page, Hosta's picture loaded much quicker!

It's strange how the same images are taking different amounts of time to load for me on my broadband at the same 4.60 mbps.

Sheps ... for me your photo of the rabbit loaded almost immediately in about three 'bands'.

Hosta's photo loaded immediately in one go.

tsk, I can't add outside the quote box.
For Pauline, mine took longer than Sheps, but for Dove it was the other way round?? Most odd.

Instant rabbit here, Hosts wee bit longer but acceptable, there’s some huge ones in the threads, some I can’t even see, they stay about half wide for ages, I don’t bother then to wait, some of them I’m just scrolling up and up and up to find the top and bottom of them.
