OK, I've made a Doodle poll, here: https://doodle.com/poll/ewyy5qxfqyntpck6

You should be able to use it without an account. Please use your GW screen name or an abbreviation of it, not your real name. I've made it a 'Yes / No / If need be' poll so you can make your preferences clear - if a date is possible but not preferable, click twice to say 'If need be' rather than 'yes'.

    Hope it's useful :)

Edited to add: CPG is not open on Saturdays, so I haven't included any. And I wasn't sure which day you're at Hampton Court, Liri, so I've probably included that in error.

Hi Yvie, thanks. I'll tag everyone else who has posted (but the more the merrier, so anyone else should feel free to join in - but if you add yourself to the Doodle poll then please post here too).

    Thanks for the tag LG.

As I said before I'll not add my two penn'orth just yet because I'm not sure what we're doing in June & July.

All plans are currently very fluid although it is starting to look as though we may be away for about 10 days mid to end of June. I can't do Thurs 5th July but other dates in July might well work for me.

I'll fill in the calendar when plans are more certain. Wouldn't want to influence the date and then not turn up! Great planning tool for this sort of thing BTW! B)

Sounds like a plan, Topbird. I hope the doodle will at least help us narrow it down to two or three days which we can then discuss and finalise on here and saves going round in circles too much. It might even show a single day that works for everyone once more people have filled it in (wishful thinking?  Maybe!).

Chicky I usually use needtomeet.com but I liked the 'if need be' option in Doodle.
