I've never heard about light bulbs to help oranges grow through the winter months. You really need to keep them somewhere sunny yet cool, so preferably away from central heating. If possible, move them to a conservatory type area if you have it. Slow right down with watering as Dovefromabove suggests. There is no need to feed it in the winter months, although there are products in most garden centres for them.

i wasnt the one to transplant it, seems like a promix, fluffy and full of perlite. drilled the holes and added a saucer, hope it's it!
