Thanks guys. I have quite a few Rhododendrons- most of them are flamboyant pink so this one is a bit more subtle.
My garden and I live in South Wales.

:'(@NoraGW, I can't see any photos and why won't the smilies come up at the end of a sentence?

I do love parrots. @1Runnybeak1 , Taylors say that your clem is "blood red" but it looks more dark pink to me on their website. I'm looking for a really dark red red clem. How does yours seem? Night Phlox is new to me. I am planting up some sweet rocket soon - hopefully a whole bank of it. The scent is said to be gorgeous, as white flowers can be.

@flumpy1 , yes, they are FGMNs. They seed everywhere in my garden and I love them. I have planted loads of red and white varieties, but I have never had a single flower from any of those many packets.
Westerplatte is meant to represent bloodshed from when Westerplatte in Poland was invaded in the war, so it should be blood red.

In reality it is more of a deep pink, especially in full sun. It's the colour of the post button on the forum!  :)
