Flumpy, it’s just a 4 year old phone camera; they make such good cameras for phones these days. I would like to have a professional camera to make photos just like Sheps. 😍

That's brilliant, I take all my photos on my tablet, it seems to do really clear pictures  :)

    Nice plants and butterflies @pitter-patter

I've seen a lot of hanging light bulbs in gardens recently, are they just decoration or do they have another purpose.

Hi folks gorgeous photos everyone, you wouldn't think we were gardening in such challenging conditions.  Here are a few taken today.

Loving the pond this year, it's such a cool spot to sit.

I've used more blue and orange this year.

Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands

@Perki The lightbulb is a solar light - there is a string of 5 led lights inside.

Lovely pics of the small tortoiseshell (Aglais urticae) butterfly, @pitter-patter ! Especially taken with a smartphone.

  • What beautiful flowers on these pictures, and how is that grass so green?  Our lawn is just crunchy and brown right now.

Pics of the day; well, taken yesterday morning, in fact, just before the heat became too much for me (and for the garden). B)

Echinacea purpurea JS® 'White Prairie' "cone"

Lavatera 'Barnsley' close-up showing stamen (to the left) and pistil covered in pollen (to the right)

    Allium sphaerocephalon

Lavatera 'Barnsley', one of my favorite flowers in the garden (pink of course)
