@fidgetbones Wish my cat was so gentle. If he is hungry he bites my arm!
@thefoodtalko Had to laugh at your photo. Typical of cats. Bought mine a bed last year and he slept in it every night but this winter he won't go anywhere near it.  :(

Typical.   Lovely big cat in the box.

Ours have a sheepskin on our bed, a fleece on the bed in my sewing room, a pillow on a shelf next to the radiator in the kitchen and a furry throw on the back of the sofa.   Naturally, Rasta doggy spends more time on the pillow in the kitchen than either cat and Minstrel likes to curl up on the storage bags under Possum's bed or stretch out on the doggy towels on the CH boiler.  Cosmos curls up on the ironing board when I have it out for sewing.

They are so funny with where they like to sleep! Mine have cushions under the radiator which is the main ‘spot’ unless my armchair is free (particularly if it’s still warm and I have just got up to put kettle on!). They usually sleep on the foot of the bed on a soft throw at night.

Anyone remember my ginger cat called Thomas, he was very overweight and the vet said he just had to lose some or he would be in trouble, he’s lost 3kgs so far,  they are very pleased with him.  Still needs to lose more, vet said it can take up to three years as they need to lose it slowly.
For Christmas , my daughter bought us a voucher to get a photo print done, I chose Thomas of course,   Still a bit of man boobs there but he’s doing well. 😸

He's beautiful.  Love ginger pussies.   Our pair have both blobbed since autumn altho with Cosmos it started when one of the vets put him on steroids to help his paw problem so he was already podgy even in the height of summer.  I took to calling them Fat Boy and Slim for a while.

He's lovely too.  Our Minstrel is no longer Slim.  She has an ample sufficiency of girth at the mo.
