Not dressed yet so haven't been outside, but thinking about it has made me realise that I dreamt about this count last night. I had several plants in flower that can't be, and in some cases plants I don't even have in my garden! Wouldn't have expected it to have entered my subconscious, but there we are.

Thanks Hosta - pretty when you get up close - there are only a couple of open blooms on each - apart from the Daphne and Viburnam.

Hope you get Worzle to the garage - he will be in good company while you are away image

Here are my paltry 3. Yes, THREE!!!!    Central Scotland, fairly sheltered garden. Not even my sarcoccoca out in flower. Haven't counted Geum Tangerine Dream as I only have half a flower!

    But I do have pictures!!

All looking rather sorry for themselves I'm afraid as they are sodden.

Raining too hard, fed the horses but not going out to count flowers! I know there are pansies and violas and Viburnum Tinus, but I don't think there is much else. When it's not raining it's heavy frosting.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
