Did the gardening help you to lose weight?
Did the gardening help you to lose weight? My sister is also fond of gardening. So, as soon as she started to do it she lost a lot of weight and just became slimmer. I spend a lot of time in the garden too, but haven’t lost any weight! I already drink Garcinia to reduce my appetite, and I bought Nivele for my thighs. I’m hoping that at least it will help.
What about you? Did you manage to lose weight?

Thought I'd accidentally clicked on WeightWatchers for a moment there..
I'm now waiting for the advert Philippa......
No - it makes no difference would be my answer (in case it's a genuine query) but then again, it depends on the kind of 'gardening' you do.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
There's been a few people plugging stuff on here this afternoon Fairy
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I thought I'd be generous Dove, since I haven't been on since yesterday, but I know bulls**t when I see it ......

I think I should look into them both Philippa. They sound exactly what I need in the ruckie on a long day. Perhaps I could have the Garcinia heated up now that we're into snow weather, and anything that prevents 'localised chafing' on the thighs sounds good.....
Where do I sign up?

Spent about three-hours extracting dead lilac-roots this afternoon with a large mattock ;I reckon I must have lost some !
Haven't lost weight but I've lost a trowel.
Fairy, Garcinia will give you the "runs" according to Mr Google so not advisable to take when going on a hill.

I keep meaning to paint the handles of my trowels and forks a bright yellow. I have never quite got round to it yet.
I think you have to do a heck of a lot of exercise to loose a reasonable amount of calories. I don't actually move about much when gardening it's not like a brisk walk.
'You must have some bread with it me duck!'
I could swear I saw Garcinia playing Nivele at Wimbledon this year. No?
I think it does help you to lose weight....my garden is quite big so there is always lots to do. It is too far to back into the house (I'm lazy) for a piece of cake or a biscuit, so no snacks. I could take out a thermos flask and lunchbox....but that is getting silly.
