The snow buntings are really sweet.....but it was lovely to see the polar bears again too
Your pic of the corn bunting and the comparison/differences with meadow pipits reminded me of a pic I got recently of one with some food for a youngster. Little insect eater
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Only completed my wildlife pond in July so pleased to see visitors arrive almost immediately

Hi Fairy...that is one very tired looking parent Meadow Pipit, looking after the youngsters really wears them out

Looking at the grey head and red throat, I'm going to go with Red-throated Diver.
