    I agree with Joyce. Looks more like euonymus 'Silver Queen', I have one growing up a pillar. I hadn't expected it to be tall, but it's now about 7 feet.

    It's difficult to get height quickly. The only way is climbers, but you need a support. Have you any idea how slow-growing holly is ?
