    If they're hoverflies then be grateful they're visiting, they'll be eating aphids in your garden. I think thy're fascinating insects seemingly moving from one place to another in a millisecond.

    If they're not, any idea what sort of flies they are?

    Took a couple of photos. Hubby thinks they are normal flies, bluebottle. If you can enlarge pics are descriptive
