I have three thriving chilli plants in pots in the greenhouse. I am. going on holiday for a fortnight with no one to take care of them. Should I leave the pots outside, plant in the ground or leave in a tray of water?

Good idea but I have no neighbours!
I leave my greenhouse open and sink an upturned cola bottle in the soil. I cut the base off and full with water.
Cheap and lasts a good few days.
