Strange weed
This came as a seedling in a plant I got from a nursery down south. It's not a weed I recognise up here in Scotland and it's pretty unprepossessing so is destined for the bin. But I would like to know what it is first.

Nope, not mustard ... mustard is a brassica and those aren't brassica leaves ... neither are the flowers right for a brassica.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
It certainly is a brassica and very obviously so. I think it might be Rorippa palustris although the pedicels look rather long in relation to the fruit - that might change as the fruits ripen though.
Maybe a long shot - meadow vetchling (Lathyrus pratensis).

Ono - you are so close you may be correct! I've never heard of it. was among some plants I bought from Peter nyssen.
Common in Lancashire and Peter nyssen is based in Manchester!
