Did you remember to put some drainage holes around the base of the grow bags, if you didn't you will find them in too much water has you have been watering twice a day.
I grow my tomatoes outside and I never water until the leaves show signs of flagging, then I give them a good soak ... sometimes I only water once a week ... this helps avoid Blossom End Rot.
However, I'm at home all day so I can keep an eye on them ... you might not want to leave them until they're that dry if you have to go out to work in the daytime, especially as yours are in a greenhouse where the temperatures will be higher. However I wouldn't water unless the surface of the compost feels dry.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
And if you can, try and water first thing in the morning, or if that's not possible then in the evening when it's cooled down a bit. Try not to splash the leaves

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
I gave my toms a short back and sides this morning, think I got a bit carried away. There's plenty of small fruits on them, they're about four foot tall. I cut off all the lower stems - have I been too ruthless? Btw, I fed them with Tomerite afterwards.
