  quite a selection by the look of it.
  The quality of the photo is not good enough to identify anything much other than a bit of bramble and willowherb.
  Any particular reason you want to identify what they are rather than just git rid of them?

  i do want to get rid of them,I have cut a load of them they took over the top of my garden

  You could do as I suggested in my answer to your pm using weedkiller, or if it's not a big area, just dig it all out and get rid of all the weed roots going as deep as you dare. The main problem I guess is the tree roots with the eco approach
