Help with Pear Tree

As you can see we have noticed some odd spots in our young pears, can anyone advise us on what this is please and what we can do - not all the young pears look like this but a considerable amount to make us concerned ? Thank you

    imageHi, Just cut the little pear open as you can see it doesn't look right, worried what ever it is could damage the whole tree and not sure how to treat it ?

    Yes I am along the Sussex coastline. We have taken off all the fruit that looks affected but we have an apple tree and a plum tree close to it so worried what ever it is will spread ! !

    any suggestions gratefully received
