Petunia - Not looking very healthy

in Plants
I bought three Surfina Petunias at the weekend and planted them out in large pots on Sunday.
One of the didn't look as healthy as the others
But I was expecting it to buck up but this is what it looks like today
.
I don't have much experience with petunias and haven't bought any for years but my daughter liked them. At least it got her out in the garden helping me with planting out the new plants.
Should I leave the petunia and see if it bucks up or should I remove the droopy leaves?
Any advice welcome.

I never find Petunias come back from the droopy stage , I would hoick it out
It is root rot, a water-borne disease. There's no cure, just pluck it off and the soil around it.
Thanks for the replies and advice.
