Technology in garden centres
Hello, we are students currently in our final year of studying Digital Marketing at Birmingham City University. We are currently working towards our dissertation, which involves us looking at the use of technology for over 50s in garden centres. As part of our research we have created a questionnaire and would be very grateful if you could fill this out for us.

Agree with above re multiple answers.
I'm no where near 50. Are young people allowed to join in?
As an aside Doghouse I'm going to a seminar on the ' use of technology to assist with aging'. I'm not sure whether it is a good intention to use technology to help people even though they might not want it or whether they are planning for when I eventually get old.
Is technology different if you're over 50?

Doghouse and Clari, I only started using the internet when I became a 24/7 carer.
I admit to being a technophobe but it has become essential
Plants, compost, grit etc are all bought online now.
Done. Need "all of the above" box for the use of technology bit.
Used 'other' box to say most of above
Like most of the questionnaires we get on here, the questions and answers seem to provide little if any relevant information for the subject proposed . If this was a survey trying to find out if we fifties+ used technology then fine. But if it is trying to find out if we use technology in garden centres then it misses the mark totally.
I could be totally facetious by saying I sit in the garden centre with my smartphone while having a cup of coffee and checking whether ama&on has the same product cheaper.....
Quite so hogweed, I use the technology to avoid going to shops and GCs

No Clarington, we're not allowed
. I had a peek at the survey and it's over 50's only.
Do others agree that the technology that we see the most forum query's for is a garden design app? I've lost count of the number of requests, and no one's found anything yet.
If we're on this forum we use technology
