Pear trees

I have a small orchard 2 apple trees 2 cherry trees and 2 pear trees. Both apple and cherry trees bear or fruit however my two pear trees have an abundance of blossom in the spring but to date have had no fruit. I've had all the trees for six years and I believe the pears are self fertilising (cannot remember what type of pears) why no fruit?

Do the pears flower at the same time? There are three or four flowering groups?
