    Yes it is.Probably one of the sanguinem (bloody cranesbill) types

    That's a gorgeous healthy looking plant.

    It's probably Sanguineum Max frei. The leaves always looks lovely deep green and healthy. Forms a really neat dome shape and responds very well to a few more flushes if you cut it back hard.
