    It looks like an elder. Any chance of a photo without the light behind it.? You could use flash on the camera.

    Looks like one of the purple leaved Elders like Sambucus nigra 'Black Beauty'.

    I think it is blacky beauty too but mine is nowhere near flowering

    Agree with black elder, hasn't been cut back for a few years by the look of it.
