Potatoes

The tops on my potatoes are about 3ft. 1mtr high. is this getting too big. I'm frightened they are all going to be tops and no Potatoes.

    I wouldn't worry about it - mine always do the same and then flop over but they still give great crops.  Did you use a potato fertilizer when you planted them?  General fertilizers have too much nitrogen which leads to excessive leafy growth so one specified for potatoes is best.
