Uses for mint

monty don mentioned which mints to use for potatoe and one for peas but we cannot remember which was which

    He said that he used apple mint with potatoes and spearmint with peas.

    Mint is great for stomach a nd digestion issues. Put leaves in boiling water and drink.

    Why don't you try both types in each vegetable and see which you prefer?

    Ginger mint in Pimms or with gin and dry ginger - much nicer than G&T.

    Moroccan mint for making their sweet, minty tea.

    As for spearmint and apple mint and chocolate mint - whatever takes your fancy.  They're your taste buds.

    and a big bunch of eau de cologne mint in the bath after a long day in the garden :)

    Tabouleh has lots of mint

    Mint and balsamic vinegar for mint sauce. Add honey if you want it sweeter.
