    It looks a bit like a paw paw I had years ago - but could well be way off

    A strong contender would be Juglans cinerea (Butternut) ; native to N.America and Eastern Canada .

    Very hardy but not suitable for container cultivation for too long , as can be vigorous given 'free root-run'.

    Looks very much like a walnut....juglans regia. Will grow big....give it space!
