Hello folks, can anyone help identify this strange plant that has appeared in my garden. It's about 5 feet tall now. Leaves are almost 2 feet in length. Many thanks.

Looks like Burdock to me.

I only know of one burdock, and this isn't it . These leaves look soft and downy, actually reminds me of a sticky bud plant.
Id like to know though as this plant does look familiar .
Arctium lappa ..Greater burdock....can easily reach 10ft tall.
Try looking on the ubderside of the leaf it will be whiteish.

i have this growing in my wild area, the seed heads will easily stick in my hair as I walk by, its an enormous plant.
