Sickly honeysuckle

Hello! I cut back this honeysuckle last year and it grew back fantastically this spring. But the last 3 weeks has seen it lose most of its leaves. Ever since we got the new trellis and i threaded it through. Very odd. Any idea what's up? What to do? Thanks.
