Yellow Perennial

Interested to know what people would recommend to contrast/clash against my Agastache Black Adder in the last border spot? It has to be tall & bright yellow. I'm thinking of Achillea Cloth of Gold but open to suggestions. image Already have Rudbeckia further down in the bed.

One of the grasses? Might be a good contrast in shape, form and colour.

The Achillea is a good idea. How about Anthemis 'E.C. Buxton' for a tastefully complementary pale yellow... or 'Kelwayi' if you want deep yellow. My yellow Sisyrinchiums are out at the moment and I think would complement the Salvia [sorry- Agastache!] earlier in the season, overlapping with the Anthemis.

[Edit - for some reason I had Salvia Amistad in mind when I answered this question; I suppose the suggestions still work!]
