Our School Garden Journal

Hi all!

We are currently implementing a container-fruit and vegetable garden at our primary school, with the aim to inform the children how fruit and veg are grown and to promote healthy eating. I would like to create a log book of what we are doing/planning to do but I am not sure how to structure it.

Does anyone have any ideas/activities of how we can achieve these aims?

I am thinking of using a day to day journal of what we plan to do, what we did and what happened but it seems as though I could incorporate much more.

P.S. We are growing: 

Vegetables: carrots, potatoes, chives, lettuce, onions

Fruit: Raspberries, blueberries, apples
