Hi can anyone recommend a highly scented rose

I want to plant maybe up a small obelisk

one that grows no more than 6ft  repeat flowering

and pastel pink or white

I have Jubilee celabration in my front garden which is a salmon pink colour and smells amazing.

Gertrude Jekyll is well renowned for its outstanding scent and available as a shrub or climber.
I have 3 GJ shrubs and the scent is strong and gorgeous. It's a true pink though, so you may discount it on that basis.

    Hi  Elia

look up Lavender Lassie , I've had this beautiful rose growing up and around a smallish obelisk for a number of years now. It's in flower now and it has a huge amount of buds  to open and it's not too tall . It has a lovely perfume and it flowers all summer long, and it's a lovely colour.

David Austin English roses are known for their perfume so I suggest you have a look at their website to see what you fancy.   You'll need one that can be grown as a short climber if you're putting it up an obelisk and Gertrude Jekyll is indeed strongly perfumed (delish), otherwise I can recommend Sceptr'd Isle as a pale pink, highly scented and healthy shrub rose.
