Thompson & Morgan Problems

I ordered a plant (Daphne Eternal Fragrance) on 2nd May after reading their ad on Radio Times. The website states that it is supplied as a 3-stem plant.

The plant arrived on 13th May as a single stem 20cm high. I sent them an email on 14th May to complain. They did not reply. 2 weeks later I sent another email, still no reply. I kept getting frequent email offers, and despite unsubscribing 3 times from their offers, they still keep coming.

Finally I sent them a 3rd email telling them that their customer care dept. is not fit for purpose and complained that their unsubscribe button is being ignored.

Frankly, Thompson & Morgan does not have an active after-sales service and their email offers ignore the unsubscribe button. This was my first and last order from them and the Radio Times should be informed about their shoddy advertiser.
