Looks like liverwort.
It sure is. Hard to kill too when it appears on top of seed pots.
Thanks for your help. It's spreading like wildfire throughout the gravel paths. I'll try and dig it out and loosen up the soil underneath. Maybe the warner weather will slow it down.
It usually indicates poor drainage.
