Any idea what this is? It only appears on the chilli's even though other plants inc tomatoes are close by. It looks like crystals. Bit like wet sugar..

It's not a fungus or mould, but a physiological reaction to overwatering and is called edema. Cut down on the watering and they should be OK. I only water mine when the leaves begin to droop slightly.
