hello my beautiful clamatis nelly Mosa is flowering lovely this but all the flowers are on the bottom half of the plant why is this

I've replied on your initial thread. The photos aren't coming out for me. They're probably too large - reduce the size and follow the instructions after clicking on the camera icon, top right.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
