Plant ID please?
Hi - does anyone recognise this pretty, variegated shrub please? About 2m tall. It looks a bit like an elder. It's just finished flowering, but I found one spray still in flower for the photo. Thank you very much!

Possibly a variegtaed Viburnum tinus Bewley's Varigated. Pure guess work though.
My first thought was a variegated ground elder - then I read 'shrub - 2m tall'. It must be a variegated Sambucus - Sambucus nigra - 'Variegata'.
It looks like Variegated Dogwood. Cornus Alba 'Elegantissima'. What is the stem colour?

Thank you all! Yes, I think it's the Sambucus nigra ''variegata' - I thought it was an elder but I didn't realise they came with variegated leaves. (I've seen black, gold...). Really lovely plant at Michelham Priory Gardens in Sussex.
