I had some fabulous help on my last unidentified plant so hope you can tell me what this is.....millions shooting up so I'm sure it's a weed, but what?

Did you have some opium poppies in the garden in previous years? that looks like an opium poppy seedling - they self seed all over the place. They're annuals and will flower this year so if they're not in the way just enjoy them.

Just thin them out and let the rest grow ... maybe transplant some ... if you've got bare patches in the garden they'll be wonderful fillers and look amazing.
