Weed identification

Hi all,
newbie gardener here with a big weed problem! Could anyone tell me what this weed is and how best to get rid of it please? I've been trying to get a lawn laid and this has sprung up all over the place. Any help much appreciated.

That's not a big weed problem. Mowing will sort that out, just an annual. One of the mustards, or if you're in an agricultural area maybe oil seed rape
